All products purchased from AL eid can be returned within 48 hours from the date of delivery as per the conditions below:

• If the product delivered does not match the product mentioned on AL eid.
• If the product delivered is defective or damaged.
• If the product is not in its original condition, does not include all mentioned accessories, or was not delivered in new or good condition.
• AL eid does not accept returns if the product you wish to return has been used, damaged, or if the original packaging has been damaged or opened.
• Additionally, AL eid does not accept refunds or returns for items assembled or installed at the customer’s location.

The complete cycle of the refund process by AL eid takes 7 to 14 days from the date of product delivery.

Each collection or pickup of returned goods from the customer will incur a QAR 20 fee. The customer shall bear the shipping and delivery fees to and from AL eid’s warehouses even during the allowed period.

In case of cancellation initiated by AL eid for a full or partial order, and if you placed the order using an online payment method such as a credit or debit card, the same amount will be refunded to the same payment method. Please note that it can take up to 30 days for the money to be returned from the date the credit is refunded to your payment method, depending on the bank used. AL eid is not responsible for any bank fees or charges during this refund transaction.
If a cancellation is requested by the customer before delivery, and if you placed the order using an online payment method such as a credit or debit card, the same amount will be issued as a gift voucher to be redeemed from AL eid. The voucher will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
For returns after the delivery of products and if you placed the order using an online payment method such as a credit or debit card, a return pickup charge of QAR 20 will apply, and the remaining balance of the return order amount will be issued as a gift voucher for redemption at AL eid. This voucher will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
If you used cash on delivery for your order, the differential amount after pickup charges will be issued as a gift voucher for redemption at AL eid, with a 90-day validity from the issue date.
The shipping fees paid in your original order, as well as any loyalty points gained from your refunded order, will not be refunded.
